Shbakia

Shbakia is fried dough drizzled with honey (or more likely just syrup) and covered in sesame seeds. It’s one of my (many) favorite foods in Morocco. It holds a special place in the Ramadan ftur table. It’s not very healthy, but I figure I’ll limit myself to eating it only during Ramadan. I can do that, right? Mumkin… (Maybe)
