It’s delicious. It’s kind of like salsa (but not spicy) that’s served warm. It’s slightly sweet and has cinnamon. It’s eaten by sopping it up or dipping it up with hoobz (bread). Our host mother makes this, and the frequency seems to have increased after she discovered that we relish it. This is definitely a concoction that I would have previously turned down, if someone just described it to me. It constantly surprises me how much I like LOVE it.
